Shipping

Fees may vary depending on the value of the purchase and the purchaser's location. You will receive verification of the total cost including shipping prior to the package being mailed.

Orders can be picked up in one of our offices less the shipping fee, or mailed within 1-3 weeks. We will cover all shipping costs if a product is returned within the first 35 days

Warranties

Accessories are guaranteed for 35 days. Hearing aid batteries, listening devices, amplified phones and alerting devices are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase. After this time see manufacturer warranty for service instructions.

Returns

All orders come with a 35-day unconditional money back guarantee. Returns for repairs or replacements require prior authorization. Please call or email the below numbers to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Authorized returns are accepted within 35 days from invoice date. Products must be returned in original packaging along with the invoice.
